Bitcoin Outlook and Opinions for 2025

The price of Bitcoin has surpassed 100 million won and has kept rising steeply through the beginning of this year.
Here are some of the main reasons Bitcoin has risen.
Tesla's Elon Musk hinted at the possibility of payment systems using cryptocurrency and said he continues to hold Bitcoin, giving the market confidence.
And U.S. President-elect Donald Trump has likened Bitcoin to digital gold, saying it has value as a long-term investment asset.
The next U.S. president's positive assessment of Bitcoin strongly boosted confidence and created expectations that Bitcoin's value would continue to rise.
In addition, early last year the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved trading of 11 spot Bitcoin ETFs.
This allowed investors to invest in Bitcoin on the stock market and increased liquidity in the cryptocurrency market.
As these Bitcoin-related products began trading, Bitcoin's price continued its strong rise.
So what is the outlook for Bitcoin in 2025?
Many experts view the outlook for Bitcoin positively, as follows.
Mike Novogratz (Galaxy Digital CEO) : Bitcoin is highly likely to set a new all-time high between 2024 and 2025
Cathie Wood (ARK Invest CEO) : Bitcoin is at the center of digital assets, and we are currently in the early stages of its potential.
JP Morgan analysts : Institutional investment inflows will continue, and Bitcoin will establish itself as a stable asset.
However, these are only forecasts, and you should not invest with 100% certainty based on them.
Recently, Bitcoin underwent a correction after Chair Powell said that the Fed cannot own Bitcoin, and it also corrected on views that the spread of quantum computers would threaten the security of cryptocurrencies.
As with all investment products, Bitcoin is also a high-risk asset like stocks, so you should always pay attention to market trends and build a sound portfolio.
However, if the Fed's rate cuts weaken the dollar, Bitcoin's upside potential can be said to be even greater, so the outlook for 2025 appears more positive than not.
